For some reason today I’m in tears about Quinn’s impending transplant. Sometimes when this happens – and I don’t always blog it – I look at pictures of the kids when they are happy. This is one of those times.

- Life with two special needs kids…if you call kidney transplants and navigating the special education system special. I must admit that these kids are special and extremely cute. And mostly fun except when they make me really tired.

i’m having the same kind of on-the-verge-of-a-meltdown day, obviously for different reasons. good to have company though, J. it made me smile to see Quinn’s shrieking happy face, as well as my younger son in the background. oh, yeah, that’s why i’m putting myself through all this.
That picture is fantastic. Remember you told me one day at a time — you just need to get through today. And think about that doc in her swimming suit who’s got your back because you know, that makes me smile too.
